90 Minute Tailored Massage & Yoga 1:1 Session 

An entirely tailored session that combines mindful yoga flow movement with a deeply restorative, tailored massage treatment.
Begin with gentle, grounding yoga to open the body, improve mobility, and reconnect with breath – followed by hands-on massage focused on the areas your body most needs support, and leave with your own personalised toolkit.

The massage is fully tailored and may include a blend of deep tissue work, fascia release, and calming therapeutic touch to release tension, restore balance, and support the nervous system.

Instructor / Therapist Bio

Lou is a yoga teacher, soft tissue therapist, and movement guide with a passion for helping people move with greater ease, energy, and confidence. Her approach combines dynamic, functional yoga with hands-on bodywork and a playful, down-to-earth teaching style. With a 200-hour yoga teacher certification and Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapy qualification, Lou supports individuals through yoga classes, massage treatments, and movement workshops designed to reconnect them with their bodies and build the foundations for long-term wellbeing. This year, she’s deepening her knowledge with advanced training in biomechanics coaching, women’s health, and lower back pain – all of which will enrich the personalised support she offers to every client.
