During your session,  we will:

  • Explore your lifestyle, current symptoms, and personal goals

  • Assess your breathing patterns in detail, identifying subtle areas to improve

  • Explain how retraining your breathing can reduce symptoms and improve wellbeing

  • Offer clear next steps tailored to your needs

What is Breathing Retraining?

Breathing retraining is the process of taking habits back to basics:

  • Building awareness of current patterns

  • Addressing unhealthy or unhelpful habits

  • Gradually training new, healthier habits over time

Conscious breathing then influences subconscious breathing, leading to profound improvements in:

  • Mood and resilience

Unhealthy Breathing Habits May Include:

1. Supported Online Breathing Retraining Course

Affordable, structured, and designed for snorers and “over-breathers.”

  • Taster Course (3 Modules | £180.00) – Build awareness, learn foundation habits, and take control through breath.

  • Full Course (8 Modules | £360.00) – Includes everything in Taster, plus natural decongestion, confident diaphragm control, optimising exercise, sleep, performance & snoring.


2. 1-2-1 Awareness & Breath Coaching

55 minutes | £150.00 | Via Zoom
Go deeper with personalised coaching that develops self-awareness, self-compassion, and healthier boundaries. Using breath awareness as the entry point, you will begin to notice and shift life patterns that may be contributing to stress, burnout, or disconnection.


3. 1-2-1 Parent Information Call

20 minutes | £50.00 | Via Zoom
You may be worried about your child’s breathing habits (e.g. snoring, mouth breathing, or anxiety) but unsure where to turn. In this short call, we will discuss potential next steps and give you knowledge that is often overlooked in conventional medical pathways.
