2. 1-2-1 Awareness & Breath Coaching
55 minutes | £150.00 | Via Zoom
Go deeper with personalised coaching that develops self-awareness, self-compassion, and healthier boundaries. Using breath awareness as the entry point, you will begin to notice and shift life patterns that may be contributing to stress, burnout, or disconnection.
3. 1-2-1 Parent Information Call
20 minutes | £50.00 | Via Zoom
You may be worried about your child’s breathing habits (e.g. snoring, mouth breathing, or anxiety) but unsure where to turn. In this short call, we will discuss potential next steps and give you knowledge that is often overlooked in conventional medical pathways.
