Tamara - founder of Heal Wellbeing
Tamara is the founder of Heal Wellbeing and Breathe360, and has spent over 20 years dedicated to understanding how mind, body, energy, emotion, and thought interact to shape health, resilience, and the way we experience life.

Her journey began after a near-fatal car accident that left her with a spinal fusion, metal plates, chronic pain, neurological overwhelm, fatigue, and long-term reliance on medication. Living in survival mode, she experienced first-hand what it means to be disconnected from the body while searching for lasting answers beyond symptom management.

A pivotal turning point came when she chose to have the metalwork removed and step away from medication, committing instead to rebuilding her system from the ground up — physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically.

Through this process, she discovered that beneath symptoms lies an intelligent, interconnected informational system that governs how we think, feel, function, and heal. This insight became the foundation of her work: learning to decode, communicate with, and support the body’s natural capacity for regulation and restoration.

Over two decades, Tamara has integrated lived experience with extensive training in bioenergetics, somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, functional health, nutrition, bodywork, trauma resolution, and cellular support. Her approach bridges modern science with deeper, often overlooked dimensions of human health, treating the body as a self-organising system rather than a collection of isolated symptoms.

Her work has also been shaped by motherhood and complex life experiences, including high-stress relational and legal situations, deepening her understanding of emotional regulation, resilience, and grounded decision-making. This enables her to support others — particularly parents and families — in navigating challenging environments with clarity, stability, and self-trust.

Tamara’s work is intuitive, layered, and deeply personalised. Sessions may integrate bodywork, fascia and somatic release, breathwork, nervous system regulation, functional nutrition, bioenergetic tools, and emotional support — held within a grounded space of presence, safety, and deep listening.
