Sophie embraces all things movement.

A certified Yoga Teacher for more than a decade, Personal Trainer, Holistic Massage Therapist, and trained dancer, she is inspired by the body’s natural ability to return to health and wellbeing through intentional movement and nervous system regulation.

This is more than a treatment.

It is personalised support for your whole system – helping you unwind, settle and reset, so your body can soften, release tension, and move with greater ease and confidence.
