Specialists within our spaces
Heal Wellbeing is Tamara’s practice, her vision, and her life’s work – and the spaces she has created are intentionally bigger than one person. Each specialist here is an independent practitioner who shares the same values, the same commitment to whole-person care, and the same belief that genuinely integrative support should be accessible to everyone. They bring their own expertise and gifts. Together, what emerges is something rare – and entirely real.

Tamara Selaman
Oxford | Kingsbridge | Online | Founder & Lead Practitioner Integrative Health Practitioner & Human System Specialist
My name is Tamara.
I am the founder of Heal Wellbeing and Breathe360, and for over 20 years I have been dedicated to understanding how mind, body, energy, emotion, and thought interact to shape health, resilience, and the way we experience life.
My journey began after a near-fatal car accident that left me with a spinal fusion, metal plates, chronic pain, neurological overwhelm, fatigue, and years of dependency on medication with reduced mobility. I lived in survival mode - managing symptoms, disconnected from my body, and searching for answers beyond temporary relief.
The turning point came when I chose to have the metalwork removed and step away from medication. I began rebuilding my system from the ground up - physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
Through this process, I discovered that beneath symptoms lies an intelligent informational system - one that governs how we think, feel, function, and heal. I learned to decode, communicate with, and gently recode my system, moving from coping to true, sustainable transformation.
Over the past two decades, I have woven together lived experience and professional training in bioenergetics, somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, functional health, nutrition, bodywork, trauma resolution, and cellular support. My work bridges modern science with deeper, often overlooked aspects of human health, treating the body as an interconnected, self-organising system rather than a collection of symptoms.
Motherhood and life’s more complex chapters - including high-stress relational and legal experiences - deepened my understanding of emotional regulation, resilience, and self-trust. This allows me to support others, especially parents and families, in navigating challenging environments with clarity, strength, and grounded decision-making.
My work is layered, intuitive, and deeply personalised. Sessions may integrate bodywork, fascia and somatic release, breathwork, nervous system reset, functional nutrition, bioenergetic tools, and emotional support - all held within a space of safety, presence, and deep listening.
At the core of everything I do is this:
The body holds immense intelligence. When we learn to listen, support it correctly, and work with it - rather than against it - it knows how to heal.
Heal Wellbeing was created as a sanctuary for this work - a place where people can release old patterns, restore energy, and reconnect with themselves at every level.
This is not about quick fixes. It is about realignment, resilience, and living in your fullest, most authentic expression. Doing this work has allowed me to live my life in profoundly new ways - It is not just a career, but a practice of life-saving choices made every day for my mind, body, emotions, and energy. A progressive, intentional, and holistic commitment to myself - living fully, building resilience, and cultivating self-mastery.

Ben Cox

Ben Cox
Oxford | Chinese Medicine Doctor | Qigong & Meditation Teacher
He began his studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2002 and became a fully insured member of the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2007. Ben graduated from the prestigious five-year Traditional Chinese Medicine degree, jointly delivered by Middlesex University and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, qualifying in acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
His clinical training included extensive placements in Beijing hospitals, London clinics and NHS pain management services, alongside advanced training in Chinese Medical Massage (Tuina), where he completed a four-month diploma.
Committed to lifelong learning, Ben has continued to refine his clinical expertise through advanced postgraduate study with internationally respected teachers, including Andrew Nugent-Head and Lillian Pearl Bridges. He has also trained extensively in the internal arts with Bruce Frantzis and his senior students, Gio Maschio and Bill Ryan, since 2005, while undertaking additional specialist training in Chinese massage for traumatic injuries.
Alongside his clinical practice, Ben has dedicated more than 20 years to the study and teaching of Tai Chi, Qigong and meditation. He has completed two long-term apprenticeships with renowned teachers and has led classes and workshops throughout Oxfordshire. From 2009 to 2026, he coordinated and taught the Qigong module at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, helping to train future generations of practitioners.
Ben's work is grounded in the belief that true health arises when the body, mind and spirit are supported together. His treatments are tailored to each individual, drawing on the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine to promote lasting wellbeing rather than simply addressing symptoms.
Away from the clinic, Ben enjoys exploring the ancient Chinese classics in their original script, studying wisdom traditions from around the world, cycling, cooking, appreciating fine Oolong tea and spending time backpacking through the mountains.

Paul Peers
Oxford | Five Element Acupuncturist (LicAc)

Paul Peers
Oxford | Five Element Acupuncturist (LicAc)
He trained at the Yellow Path Five Element Acupuncture School in London under master acupuncturist Gerad Kite, receiving his Licentiate (LicAc).
Paul’s connection to this work began at just 7 years old, when acupuncture resolved his chronic migraines — an experience that sparked a lifelong understanding of the body’s ability to heal, rebalance, and realign.
Before training, Paul spent years working closely with the natural world as a tree surgeon and later in high-intensity construction roles across global events and the film industry.
These experiences shaped his deep respect for precision, resilience, and the body’s need for balance.
Now, Paul brings together this grounded, nature-based awareness with the principles of Five Element Acupuncture — supporting clients to restore harmony across body, mind, and spirit.
He has also offered treatments internationally, including in Kenya, where he witnessed profound shifts in patient wellbeing.

Andrea Goring

Andrea Goring
Kingsbridge | Breathwork Facilitator | Belief Coding Cognitive Rewiring Facilitator | Homoeopath
The way we think, feel, respond and make choices doesn’t happen in isolation. It is shaped by everything we’ve experienced, everything we’ve learned and the beliefs we’ve formed along the way.
Those beliefs may have got you to where you are today. But are they the beliefs that will get you where you want to go next?
Andrea works with people at points of change — when the old ways of doing things aren’t working quite as well anymore, when success doesn’t feel the way they expected it to, or when they simply know there is more of themselves they want to bring into their life.
With a background in Homeopathy, SOMA Breath and Belief Coding®, her work looks at the whole person rather than separating mind, body and emotions into different boxes. There is no one-size-fits-all approach; what matters is understanding what is happening for the individual and what needs to change.
Ultimately, Andrea’s work is about creating change from the inside out — because when your inner state changes, the way you experience and engage with your life changes with it.

“I am inspired by the healing that can happen in the space between the practitioner and client. Through touch and the depth of connection in this form of bodywork, there is an insight that can be revealed beyond what we are able to express verbally.”
