Description

Mind Retune – Hypnosis, NLP and Human Change Therapy with Meg
A signature one to one session

This session is tailored to you. It brings together hypnosis, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Human Change Therapy. Each session may draw on all three approaches or a selection of them, depending on what you bring and what you want to change.

The session opens with a conversation about what is happening for you, what you would like to change, and what matters most to you right now. This shapes which approaches are used and how.

Depending on your needs, the session may include:

Hypnosis, using a relaxed, focused state to work with the patterns that sit beneath conscious thought.

NLP, exploring how your language, thoughts and behaviour connect, and how those connections can be changed.

Human Change Therapy, drawing on structured psychological approaches that work with intentional behaviour, thought and emotional patterns

The session closes with time to reflect on what has shifted. You will leave with toolkits and ways to carry the work into your everyday life.

No two sessions are the same. Each one is shaped around you rather than following a set formula.

If you are unable to find a session that works for you, please get in touch and we will do our best to organise a time and day that aligns.
