Tamara Selaman
Oxford | Kingsbridge | Online | Founder of Heal Wellbeing & Breathe360. Whole-System Health Specialist - Nervous System, Somatic & Bioenergetic Integration
My name is Tamara.
I am the founder of Heal Wellbeing and Breathe360, and for over 20 years I have been dedicated to understanding how mind, body, energy, emotion, and thought interact to shape health, resilience, and the way we experience life.
My journey began after a near-fatal car accident that left me with a spinal fusion, metal plates, chronic pain, neurological overwhelm, fatigue, and years of dependency on medication with reduced mobility. I lived in survival mode - managing symptoms, disconnected from my body, and searching for answers beyond temporary relief.
The turning point came when I chose to have the metalwork removed and step away from medication. I began rebuilding my system from the ground up - physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
Through this process, I discovered that beneath symptoms lies an intelligent informational system - one that governs how we think, feel, function, and heal. I learned to decode, communicate with, and gently recode my system, moving from coping to true, sustainable transformation.
Over the past two decades, I have woven together lived experience and professional training in bioenergetics, somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, functional health, nutrition, bodywork, trauma resolution, and cellular support. My work bridges modern science with deeper, often overlooked aspects of human health, treating the body as an interconnected, self-organising system rather than a collection of symptoms.
Motherhood and life’s more complex chapters - including high-stress relational and legal experiences - deepened my understanding of emotional regulation, resilience, and self-trust. This allows me to support others, especially parents and families, in navigating challenging environments with clarity, strength, and grounded decision-making.
My work is layered, intuitive, and deeply personalised. Sessions may integrate bodywork, fascia and somatic release, breathwork, nervous system reset, functional nutrition, bioenergetic tools, and emotional support - all held within a space of safety, presence, and deep listening.
At the core of everything I do is this:
The body holds immense intelligence. When we learn to listen, support it correctly, and work with it - rather than against it - it knows how to heal.
Heal Wellbeing was created as a sanctuary for this work - a place where people can release old patterns, restore energy, and reconnect with themselves at every level.
This is not about quick fixes. It is about realignment, resilience, and living in your fullest, most authentic expression. Doing this work has allowed me to live my life in profoundly new ways - It is not just a career, but a practice of life-saving choices made every day for my mind, body, emotions, and energy. A progressive, intentional, and holistic commitment to myself - living fully, building resilience, and cultivating self-mastery.

Natalie Hawes
Kingsbridge | STAT Certified Alexander Technique Teacher

Natalie Hawes
Kingsbridge | STAT Certified Alexander Technique Teacher
The Alexander Technique has been a central thread in Natalie’s life for many years. Qualifying as a teacher has deepened her knowledge, shaping both personal growth and the way she works with others.
Natalie’s approach is grounded in the understanding that mind and body function as an integrated whole, and that our often unaware habitual patterns — especially our automatic responses to stimulus — influence how we move, think, and engage with the world.
Natalie’s earlier career as a florist continues to inform her work. The creativity, attention to detail, and an instinct for balance, shape, and subtle nuance that she developed in that work, naturally support the gentle, attentive nature of Alexander Technique teaching.
Natalie’s passion for Argentine tango brings another dimension, deepening understanding of connection — how we listen, respond, and connect with another person.
As a STAT certified teacher, Natalie is dedicated to sharing the transformative potential of the Alexander Technique. Each session offers hands-on guidance and verbal instruction, becoming a collaborative exploration that deepens appreciation for this thoughtful practice. Natalie helps individuals attune to themselves, embracing openness and harmony between mind and body, unlocking new ways of moving through all aspects of life for enhanced well-being and engagement.
