Tamara is a Holistic Alchemist and Integrative Practitioner devoted to deep, whole-self transformation. Her own awakening began after a near-fatal car accident that profoundly reshaped her body and relationship with life.

Living with chronic pain, fatigue, surgeries, emotional dysregulation and neurological overwhelm became the catalyst for a lifelong commitment to understanding healing at its roots.

Over the past 20+ years, Tamara has immersed herself in the study and practice of bioenergetics, cellular vitality, informational matrix reprogramming, somatic therapies, functional nutrition, quantum bioenergetics, neuroscience, and holistic living.
