James helps clients ease anxiety, release the weight of past trauma, and overcome fears through EFT Tapping — a gentle, evidence-based practice that bridges science and healing. A Master Practitioner with an earlier career in nuclear engineering, he brings the same precision, structure, and focus on evidence into his work with clients today. His journey into EFT was both personal and transformative. While travelling the world, James began rethinking his life priorities and reconnected with his family’s healing path. Years earlier, his brother had overcome a severe hospital and needle phobia through EFT, inspiring his mother to train as a practitioner. Witnessing the profound changes they experienced led James to follow in their footsteps, retraining and shifting his path from engineering to emotional healing. EFT Tapping is a gentle, body-based practice that calms the amygdala (the brain’s alarm centre), eases fight-or-flight responses, and releases emotional patterns held in the subconscious. Backed by more than 100 independent studies, it has been shown to bring lasting relief in areas where people have often felt stuck for years. James now works fully online, guiding clients step by step through the tapping process and holding space for the emotions and insights that arise. His role is to meet each client where they are and guide them toward a place of greater freedom, calm, and confidence in their daily lives.
