Natalie Hawes
The Alexander Technique has been a central thread in Natalie’s life for many years. Qualifying as a teacher has deepened her knowledge, shaping both personal growth and the way she works with others.

Natalie’s approach is grounded in the understanding that mind and body function as an integrated whole, and that our often unaware habitual patterns — especially our automatic responses to stimulus — influence how we move, think, and engage with the world.

Natalie’s earlier career as a florist continues to inform her work. The creativity, attention to detail, and an instinct for balance, shape, and subtle nuance that she developed in that work, naturally support the gentle, attentive nature of Alexander Technique teaching.

Natalie’s passion for Argentine tango brings another dimension, deepening understanding of connection — how we listen, respond, and connect with another person.

As a STAT certified teacher, Natalie is dedicated to sharing the transformative potential of the Alexander Technique. Each session offers hands-on guidance and verbal instruction, becoming a collaborative exploration that deepens appreciation for this thoughtful practice. Natalie helps individuals attune to themselves, embracing openness and harmony between mind and body, unlocking new ways of moving through all aspects of life for enhanced well-being and engagement.
